Using Amavra
These terms cover purchases from amavra.com and use of our online store. In these terms, “Amavra,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this store.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to order from us.
Products, Prices, and Offers
We sell dietary supplements for personal use. Product details, available quantities, prices, and promotions appear on the relevant product page.
The currency, applicable delivery charges, taxes, and total due are shown at checkout before you submit your order. An offer applies according to the conditions displayed with it.
Changes to future prices or promotions do not by themselves change an order you have already placed.
We work to keep our listings accurate. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase.
We may limit quantities or decline orders where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unauthorized resale, or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order that has been charged, the payment will be refunded.
Orders and Payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may request information needed to verify or fulfill it. Keep your confirmation and order number for future support requests.
Payment services may be supplied by Shopify or the payment provider you select. Your provider may apply its own terms or currency conversion charges.
Do not send full card details or account passwords to our support email.
One-Time Purchases and Subscriptions
The product page offers one-time purchases and automatic refills. Review the option selected before ordering.
A subscription renews and charges your payment method at the price and interval disclosed with that subscription. Depending on your selected Night Flow supply, the interval may be one, three, or five months.
The checkout and your subscription confirmation show the schedule for your order.
You can cancel future refills at any time by contacting support@amavra.com or using the subscription management link provided with your subscription, where available.
Submit cancellation before the next charge to stop that renewal. A cancellation does not automatically reverse an order that has already been processed; our Refund Policy continues to apply to that order.

Shipping and Order Changes
We currently deliver within the United States. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
These are estimates, and tracking will provide the latest carrier information.
Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel an unshipped order. We will help where fulfillment has not progressed too far to make the change.

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Contact support@amavra.com within 60 days after delivery if you are not satisfied.
Opened or empty bottles are covered, and you do not need to return them.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days for the payment provider to show the refund. This applies to one-time and subscription purchases.

Product Information and Health
Our products are dietary supplements. Website content provides general product information and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Follow the product label. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing. Individual experiences may differ.
Statements about our supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security, upload malicious code, misuse another person's information, or submit fraudulent orders.
Our brand assets and website content belong to Amavra or the respective rights holders. Browsing the store does not transfer ownership of that material or grant permission to reproduce it for commercial use.
Other websites linked from our store are operated by their own providers and have their own terms. We do not control their services or the content that other users publish there.
Service Availability and Responsibility
We cannot promise that the website will be available without interruption or that every technical issue can be avoided.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides our express money-back guarantee, or removes your mandatory rights.

This does not prevent you from using any complaint, payment-dispute, or court process available to you under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a special out-of-state forum.
We may revise these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The date above identifies this version.
Any change to an existing subscription will be communicated as required and will not remove rights you already have.
If one provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
